The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms; however, they are a bit on the small side. The service is professional and accommodating, although accessing the rooms was a bit challenging due to crowding by the entrance. The location is excellent, right next to the boardwalk but not too close to noisy crowds. The dining options are awesome, especially with the free breakfast at Days Inn. Overall, the hotel provides a great stay for a one-night visit.
Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready despite my requested early check-in time, but I appreciated the upgrade offered. The room itself was small for three people but had a pleasant view of the parking lot. The service was a bit lacking, as we often had to seek assistance. The location was unbeatable for exploring attractions and the beach. The dining options were good but on the pricey side. Overall, my stay was pleasant with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was overall quite pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and polite. However, there were a few issues with the room initially, which were promptly addressed by the hotel staff.
